- Device data: browser type, IP address, operating system

2.3 Device Permissions (Android & iOS)
To provide core functionalities of our POS application, we request certain device permissions:
- Bluetooth & Location Data: We request Bluetooth and Location permissions strictly to scan for, connect to, and print receipts using nearby thermal printers. Location permission is inherently required by the Android operating system to discover nearby Bluetooth devices. We do NOT track, collect, store, or share your physical location.
- Camera: We may request camera access solely for the purpose of scanning product barcodes. We do not record video or store camera images remotely.

8. WhatsApp Integration
When you use BillGuru's WhatsApp reminder feature, messages are sent via the official WhatsApp Business API. Customer phone numbers are used solely for sending EMI-related messages that you authorize. We comply fully with WhatsApp's Business Policy and do not use customer numbers for any other purpose.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the Service (session management, security). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
